We are a boutique, full-service real estate team with a knowledge of architecture, design, marketing and sales. We provide a thoughtful approach to real estate where our clients and our community always come first.
The group is led by Kate, a Medallion Club member who has been in the top 10% of the city's realtors since 2018. With over a decade of experience in real estate, she has extensive knowledge of the Vancouver market. Kate is joined by Zora, an expert in the buying process. Zora specializes in aligning your lifestyle with your financial goals to find the property meant for you. Our goal is to surpass your expectations and make every transaction a success.

I'm Kate, principal of The Kate MacPhail Group. I have over 11 years of experience in Vancouver real estate. In 2021 I moved my business to Stilhavn from RE/MAX where I received the Platinum, Hall of Fame and Chairman's Club distinctions in previous years. I have also been a proud member of the Medallion Club, placing in the Top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board since 2018.
I understand that real estate transactions can be stressful. I aim to provide a concierge-like experience for all of my clients to take that stress off of their shoulders. I want your purchase or sale to be a positive experience with a successful outcome. On the negotiation side, I confidently advocate for my clients and work to make sure no money is left on the table.
I was born and raised on Vancouver's west side, but I now call Commercial Drive home. My family and I couldn't be happier here. We love our East Van community.

Although I grew up in Kerrisdale, I'm an East Van girl at heart. You can find me at the farmer's market at Trout Lake, at a coffee shop in Mount Pleasant, doing summer laps at Britannia pool or riding my cargo bike through the streets of Grandview Woodland.
