We are a boutique, full-service real estate team with a knowledge of architecture, design, marketing and sales. We provide a thoughtful approach to real estate where our clients and our community always come first.
The group is led by Kate, an award winning Realtor and Medallion Club member (Top 10% of Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board) since 2018. With over a 15 years of experience in real estate and hundreds of clients helped, she has extensive knowledge of the Vancouver market. Kate is joined by a high calibre group of agents who are individually outstanding professionals and collectively, a powerhouse force achieving outstanding results.

Kate is the principal of The Kate MacPhail Group. She has over 15 years of experience in Vancouver real estate. In 2021, Kate moved her business to Stilhavn from RE/MAX where she achieved the Platinum, Hall of Fame and Chairman's Club distinctions in previous years. She has also been a proud member of the Medallion Club, placing in the Top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board since 2018.
Kate understands that real estate transactions can be stressful. Her aim is to provide a concierge-like experience for all of her clients to take that stress off of their shoulders. Kate wants your purchase or sale to be a positive experience with a successful outcome. On the negotiation side, Kate confidently advocates for her clients and works diligently to make sure no money is left on the table.
Kate was born and raised on Vancouver's west side, but she now calls Commercial Drive home and she couldn't be happier. Her family truly loves their East Van community.

Megan started her career in real estate following 10 years in franchise marketing in addition to opening and operating her dog walking company in Vancouver.
She brings a bright energy to the team and loves having the opportunity to work with clients who are buying their first home, their forever home and everything in between. She believes that real estate is not just about finding properties; it's about helping people. She loves learning about her clients' stories- where they come from, and where they want to go.
Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Megan has been fortunate enough to travel the world, but couldn’t think of anywhere else she’d rather live. She first bought real estate personally at the age of 24, and remembers being excited and nervous all at once!
Outside of real estate, Megan has a passion for animals and can be found out and about exploring Vancouver’s beaches and parks with her two chihuahua rescues. When she makes time for herself, you’ll find her at Orange Theory or Yoga or on the road cycling!
